Your Responsibilities:
In your role as our Social Media Executive, you will spearhead the management and development of our social media presence, ensuring our brands stay at the forefront of digital trends. Your creativity and personality will shine as you:
Oversee the daily management of all social channels, including planning, scheduling, publishing, storytelling, and real-time engagement.
Create and lead high-energy content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels, including hosting live sessions on TikTok.
Curate social media content (videos, images, captions, and more) that aligns with our brand voice and campaigns.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to enhance engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
Manage community engagement by promptly and authentically responding to comments, messages, and interactions.
Analyze social media metrics to track performance, report insights, and refine content strategies.
Collaborate with our PR and Marketing teams to cover product launches, events, and significant brand moments.
Contribute to team objectives through additional responsibilities such as affiliate marketing, paid advertising, and social commerce.
Assist in scouting and briefing brand-aligned content creators for UGC to support content rollouts, paid ads, social media, and e-commerce initiatives.
Stay ahead of social media trends and emerging platforms to maintain National Beauty's position at the cutting edge of digital marketing.
