Key ResponsibilitiesThe Project Billing Operations Analyst will oversee the financial management of projects and contracts within Datacom's operations. This role is crucial for implementing best practices in the setup and ongoing monitoring of active projects and contracts across our Professional Services and Managed Services sectors, ensuring accurate data management and billing processes. Essential KnowledgeProject administration expertiseFinancial management and analysis skills, including P&L oversight, budget setting, and forecastingExperience with invoicing and work-in-progress trackingKnowledge of the IT services sectorProven ability to engage with senior stakeholdersUnderstanding of finance management principles and their impact on costs, utilization, and project revenuePowerBI experience is a plusBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or BusinessRequired ExperienceMinimum of 3 years in a similar roleExperience in billing, invoicing, timesheet processing, and project administrationKey SkillsPositive attitude and a willingness to support team membersStrong analytical skills and attention to detail
