Our workplace fosters a supportive environment, encouraging the professional development of our employees through a variety of learning opportunities.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the archiving of Relativity databases by creating, managing, and documenting a systematic workflow process for identifying, archiving, and disposing of materials in compliance with applicable destruction policies and directives from Division, Department, and NARA.- Typically reports to the Contractor IT Manager, Systems Manager, or Lead Project Manager.- Collaborate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys to assess system requirements and propose technical solutions for IT needs.- Analyze gathered information to determine system and project requirements.- Design comprehensive systems that align with defined requirements.- For smaller projects, provide a full range of technical support, including program validations and testing.- Conduct systems evaluations and present findings, recommendations, and specifications in formal reports and oral presentations.- Consult with COR regarding task orders, work scheduling, personnel assignments, priorities, and progress reporting. Plan, staff, schedule, and develop cost estimates for work performed under task orders.- Report on contract and task order progress.- Supervise assigned personnel to ensure compliance with work standards and technical design specifications.
