Job Overview
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage incoming job requests via email, incoming bin, and customer interactions at the counter.
- Accurately code customer tickets following company guidelines to ensure efficient processing.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Clearly explain job complexities and scheduling requirements before assigning tasks to operators.
- Communicate with clients to clarify specifications, deadlines, and budget considerations for incoming jobs.
- Verify the accuracy of information from incoming correspondence.
- Log completed jobs for tracking and shipping purposes.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk environment at all times.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining focus.
- Provide front counter assistance and support to customers as needed.
- Handle incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage inventory supplies to ensure availability.
- Offer backup assistance to the production staff as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
