Director of Revenue Enablement

About the Role:
As the Director of Revenue Enablement at Showpad, you will spearhead the development and implementation of our global enablement strategy. You will act as a catalyst for transforming Go-To-Market (GTM) behaviors and enhancing field performance. This pivotal role focuses on expediting the onboarding of new hires and fostering the ongoing growth of experienced representatives through comprehensive programs, processes, and technology.
The Revenue Enablement team is our activation layer; you will ensure that change management is effectively integrated in the field while preserving the integrity of our GTM methodologies (Showpad Value Selling and Value Realization). You will also identify and address performance gaps to mitigate 'drift' in sales execution.
This position is highly visible, acting as a 'Customer Zero' and 'Core Buyer Persona' leadership role. Given that enablement is central to Showpad’s business, you will leverage our platform to enhance outcomes, contributing to our 'Showpad on Showpad' vision while assisting GTM teams in customer-facing roles. The results produced by the field Enablement team will serve as compelling evidence of our capabilities to our customers. You will serve as a brand advocate and thought leader, demonstrating strategies to improve critical KPIs such as Ramp Effectiveness, Sales Productivity, Win Rates, and Quota Attainment.
