Collaborate with production teams to ensure project execution aligns with client expectations and quality standards.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to monitor satisfaction with service delivery and quality.
Stay informed of industry trends, key players, and relevant news that impact TransPerfect's market segments.
Undertake special projects or additional duties as necessary.
