What We Seek
We are in search of a GTM Systems and Automation Specialist who can transform business operations into scalable, robust GTM systems. Your background may include Business Systems Analytics, GTM Operations, or Automation Engineering, what's crucial is your proficiency in creating AI-driven workflows, automations, and intuitive internal tools.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Significant experience in building automations using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, Clay, and HubSpot.
Extensive CRM expertise, including knowledge of object architecture, deal management, reporting, workflows, and integrations.
Experience in facilitating GTM processes for Marketing, Sales, and/or Customer Support.
A knack for designing clear system logic and creating tools that enhance team efficiency.
Experience developing chatbots/AI agents, scripting, and using builder tools like Lovable.
Your Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to translate their business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Design and implement GTM workflows and automations in n8n, Clay, and HubSpot, including lead scoring, routing, and qualification processes.
Develop and maintain AI chatbots and agents for various tasks such as research, data enrichment, and meeting preparation.
Configure HubSpot and other GTM systems to facilitate Sales and Customer Success operations (deal management, handoff processes, alerts).
Integrate GTM tools into a unified system and enhance that system as the company scales.
