The selected candidate will collaborate with a talented team of scientists to synthesize and analyze complex peptides for therapeutic uses. A robust understanding of organic chemistry and problem-solving abilities are essential for developing innovative chemistries and contributing to the creation of Synteins™. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Utilize solid-phase peptide synthesis, conjugation chemistries, and automation technologies to create new macromolecules. Employ modern instrumentation for the purification and analysis of macromolecules. Independently troubleshoot complex technical and experimental challenges. Assess macromolecular properties through diverse spectroscopic techniques. Accurately document and analyze data with minimal oversight. Prepare and maintain laboratory reagents and instruments. Regularly report on work progress in both oral and written formats. Engage in continuous learning to keep abreast of advancements in peptide chemistry and related fields.
