The Role:
The Floor Lead is a crucial member of our store leadership team, responsible for driving store success through exceptional customer service, team development, and smooth daily operations. As a prominent figure on the sales floor, the Floor Lead showcases outstanding interpersonal skills and consistently reflects Mejuri’s core values. A natural motivator and collaborative team player, they inspire the team with a positive attitude, fostering an engaging and dynamic atmosphere for both staff and customers.

Customer Focus:
- STACK: Set the standard by validating the quality of the in-store customer experience through effective communication and training, while upholding expectations regarding Mejuri’s Steps of Selling.
- STACK Leadership: Maximize results by driving personal performance alongside the performance and engagement of the team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Services: Ensure an exceptional customer experience while promoting service offerings such as piercing and engraving.
- KPIs: OPH, NPS (targeting <85%), SPH, and conversion and sales success metrics.
Operations:
- Inventory: Participate in executing inventory and cycle counts monthly, ensuring the team is well-prepared and informed.
