We are dedicated to strengthening the safety net, aiding clinics in expanding access, reducing staff burnout, and providing equitable care to over 30 million patients served by FQHCs annually.Our mission is straightforward:To eliminate health disparities by empowering the teams who care for underserved communities.The RoleWe are on the lookout for a Part-Time Patient Care Operations and Enrollment Coordinator to assist us in delivering high-volume patient support and benefits navigation throughout Massachusetts.*This is a contract, part-time position for 3 months, with a possibility of extension beyond the initial term.Candidates must have experience enrolling patients in benefits programs (e.g., MassHealth, Medicaid, ConnectorCare), whether as a Community Health Worker (CHW), Navigator, Certified Application Counselor (CAC), Patient Access Specialist, or similar role with enrollment expertise.In this role, you will utilize our internal tools to:Organize and filter patient listsPerform outreach initiativesMonitor and track outcomesIdentify cases that require escalationYou will engage with patients in both English and Spanish, verify their eligibility for benefits, confirm the availability of resources, and document outcomes effectively.
