Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Director of Growth Operations to join our dynamic Business Development team!
In this pivotal role, the Senior Director of Growth Operations will oversee the implementation and ongoing enhancement of centralized growth operations throughout the organization. This position is responsible for managing and streamlining comprehensive growth workflows, including intake, data collection, systems input, and cross-functional processes, to ensure alignment, efficiency, and consistency with Real Chemistry’s growth objectives.
Reporting directly to Real Chemistry’s growth leadership, this role collaborates closely with New Business, Client Experience, Capabilities, Finance, and Technology teams to minimize redundancy, enhance visibility, and facilitate quicker, more seamless execution. The Senior Director will evaluate current growth processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement scalable operational solutions that bolster opportunity development and response, data management, and enterprise delivery.
This is a hybrid position based in any of our U. S. offices, including Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or New York City, or remote within the U. S., depending on team and business needs.
