The Role:
We are seeking a Staff Engineer in Foundry Management. In this role, you will join a dynamic, cross-functional team dedicated to advancing IonQ's mission of developing the world's most advanced quantum computers to address complex global challenges.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the transition of cutting-edge nanofabrication technologies from small-scale fabrication to mass production in foundries. Collaborate closely with research scientists, engineers, and product managers to prepare existing fabrication workflows for foundry integration, establish relationships with production partners, and ensure that device production meets specified timelines and quality standards.
