The Strategic Account Executive for North America is a remote role focused on nurturing, managing, and closing deals with Strategic Enterprise clients in the region. This position is a crucial component of our field sales team. You will collaborate closely with our demand generation, solutions engineering, and product teams to guide potential customers through a solution-selling process aimed at modernizing their cloud platform architecture. A deep understanding of the specific challenges faced by customers will be essential in helping them achieve positive business outcomes using Upbound’s solutions.
This role will require cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, sales development, and customer success teams to foster robust customer relationships and provide guidance in both pre-sales and post-sales phases.
