Role overview
The Campaign Manager will play a key role in advancing marketing efforts and building the sales pipeline within targeted market segments. This position blends strategic planning with hands-on execution: plan campaign strategies, launch them, and adjust based on performance data.
Collaboration is essential. The Campaign Manager works closely with a Senior Campaign Manager and reports to the Director of Demand Generation. The team’s focus covers both acquiring new clients and deepening relationships with existing ones.
What you will do
- Design and execute marketing campaigns tailored to specific segments
- Track campaign performance and adjust tactics using analytics
- Coordinate with the Senior Campaign Manager to align goals and share findings
- Support efforts to attract new clients and grow the current sales pipeline
Requirements
- Substantial experience in email marketing
- Proficiency with HubSpot
- Ability to build and manage outreach campaigns using a sales engagement platform
- Comfort working across both strategy and execution
