The Bourbourg site is looking for a Maintenance Methods Engineer - Electrodes (H/F) to join the Methods, Reliability, and Maintenance team. This role supports maintenance managers across different units, with a focus on leading improvement and reliability projects. Role overview During the construction and testing phase, the engineer will concentrate on equipment integration, troubleshooting, and supporting operations. Tasks include implementing quick solutions and deploying maintenance tools and methods such as instructions, maintenance plans, and monitoring systems. As the plant ramps up and moves into production, the focus will shift to structured improvement and reliability activities. The aim is to ensure the long-term performance and reliability of the electrode manufacturing equipment. What you will do Lead initiatives to improve equipment reliability and maintenance processes Support maintenance managers in various production units Integrate and understand new equipment during construction and testing Provide operational support for troubleshooting Implement quick wins and deploy maintenance tools (instructions, plans, monitoring) Drive continuous improvement and reliability projects during ramp-up and production phases
