About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and commercially savvy Business Development Representative (BDR) to propel our growth in SAP ERP solutions and services. This is a remarkable opportunity to join a dynamic sales team and significantly contribute to acquiring new business within both enterprise and mid-market sectors.
You will be on the front lines of our sales operations, identifying new opportunities, engaging key decision-makers, and assisting businesses in realizing value through SAP technologies.
Your Responsibilities
Proactively identify and connect with potential customers through outbound prospecting methods including calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Develop and manage a pipeline of organizations poised to benefit from SAP ERP solutions and services by utilizing research tools.
Qualify leads by gaining insights into their business challenges, systems landscape, and transformation objectives.
Conduct pre-event outreach calls to invite and confirm attendance at Birchman events.
Execute post-event follow-up calls with attendees and prospective clients.
Make outbound calls to prospective organizations as part of targeted marketing campaigns.
Engage with leads from marketing campaigns and outreach activities to foster engagement.
Collaborate with Account Managers and specialists to drive opportunities forward.
Schedule and coordinate discovery calls, demonstrations, and workshops.
Maintain precise activity and pipeline data within our CRM system.
Stay informed about SAP innovations and market trends to enhance outreach strategies.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation (placement work included).
Familiarity with ERP systems or enterprise software (experience with SAP is highly preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
Strong commercial awareness and a genuine curiosity about business processes and technology.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
