Your role in driving innovation:Design and enhance hardware and software test systems for automotive electronics, ensuring solutions are robust, efficient, and scalable for mass production;Conduct data analysis, develop insightful dashboards (using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar), and create queries and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making;Work collaboratively with development teams to identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to testing;Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, assist in internal and external audits, and contribute to DLR activities;Engage in the industrialization of new test systems, which includes configuration, validation, and commissioning of equipment;Assist in the setup of test systems in production lines, both locally and internationally;Evaluate and validate test results, ensuring compliance with quality and performance standards;Monitor and enhance test system performance through KPIs such as First Pass Yield (FPY), retest rate, and test duration;Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives, identifying chances to enhance cost-efficiency, reliability, and technological capabilities;Facilitate knowledge transfer through clear documentation and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
