YOUR ROLE
We seek a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Bar Belle. This position offers the perfect platform for you to showcase your culinary talents and contribute to unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and cook food following established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
Assist in developing and creating innovative new menu items.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in all food preparation and cooking areas.
Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff members.
Monitor and manage inventory levels for food and kitchen supplies.
Collaborate effectively with the culinary team to ensure seamless operations and service.
Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Foster a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Assist in planning and executing special events and catering functions.
Stay abreast of industry trends and techniques to continuously enhance culinary skills.
