Je biedt ondersteuning bij zowel operationele als strategische salesactiviteiten en draagt bij aan een professionele en efficiënte werkwijze binnen het team.In deze rol werk je nauw samen met de andere Sales Support Specialist, de Head of Sales, Sales Managers en collega's om de Valk Business accounts optimaal te bedienen en commerciële kansen te maximaliseren.Jouw verantwoordelijkhedenJe coördineert en ondersteunt diverse salesactiviteiten door het organiseren van sales blitzes, regio- en kwartaalmeetings. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokkenen tijdig over de juiste informatie beschikken. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij beurzen en commerciële evenementen door het plannen van afspraken met (inter)nationale relaties, het verzorgen van de voorbereiding en communicatie, en het opvolgen van leads en afspraken. Je biedt administratieve en commerciële ondersteuning aan het salesteam, bewaakt acties, verwerkt gegevens en helpt bij aanvragen en wijzigingen richting het Booking Office. Ook beheer je corporate tarieven in de systemen, zodat global accounts eenvoudig overnachtingen kunnen boeken. Tot slot denk je actief mee over het optimaliseren van salesprocessen en draag je verbeterideeën aan voor efficiëntere werkwijzen.Je teamJe komt terecht in een enthousiast en gedreven salesteam bestaande uit 4 Sales Managers, 1 Sales Support collega, 2 Sales Agents en 2 stagiaires die het team dagelijks ondersteunen.
