Role Overview
The Contact Centre Team Leader will join the Seller Sales team in Brighton. This role oversees a team of Sales Agents, focusing on daily performance, coaching, and team development. The position suits hands-on people managers who bring energy and accountability to their teams. It is designed for leaders ready to take on significant responsibility, not as a first step into management but as a chance to make a real impact in a scaling operation.
What You Will Do
- Oversee daily operations for a sales team of up to 14 Contact Centre agents.
- Monitor and drive performance against KPIs, both for individuals and the team.
- Coach team members to develop skills, resilience, and accountability.
- Use data and dashboards to spot trends, address challenges, and share insights.
- Lead regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews, and create development plans.
- Manage attendance, adherence, and wellbeing with transparency and fairness.
- Work with other teams to improve business outcomes.
- Bring creativity and energy to motivate the team and drive results.
- Take ownership of operational challenges and new initiatives.
- Collaborate as part of the broader management team.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Sales Team Leader in a contact centre or high-paced sales environment.
This role is based in Brighton.
