Hello! I’m Lucy, the Post Sale Manager at Motorway. We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to enhance our Brighton-based contact centre. Our close-knit team is essential to ensuring a seamless post-sale experience for our customers, focusing on high-caliber support and collaboration.
Your Role
As the Post-Sale Team Leader, you will oversee the performance of our retention and support functions. This is not merely a transition into leadership; we are looking for a proactive manager eager to tackle new challenges. Your key responsibility will be to enhance team performance, ensuring we meet our seller retention targets through effective coaching, motivation, and management oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management: Manage daily operations of your team, driving both individual and collective performance towards retention targets and SLAs.
Coaching & Development: Conduct impactful one-on-one sessions, performance reviews, and development plans aimed at building skills, resilience, and accountability.
Data-Driven Leadership: Utilize dashboards and analytics to identify trends, resolve issues, and share insights that enhance business outcomes.
Operational Oversight: Ensure fair management of attendance, adherence, and employee wellbeing.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with post-sale stakeholders and BPO partners to ensure service delivery meets our high standards.
