About This Role: As the Associate Director of Field Medical Operations & Enablement, you will play a pivotal role within the Scientific Medical Affairs (SMA) team at Freenome. Your leadership will establish the operational framework that empowers our medical affairs team to operate at maximum efficiency. This position combines high-level strategic program management with hands-on execution, including orchestrating global conferences, managing advisory boards, and innovating the application of AI-driven tools for disseminating medical insights and developing content for Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement. You will be the key architect behind our field medical strategy, ensuring that our teams are well-equipped, our processes adhere to compliance standards, and our insights are effectively integrated across Freenome's operations. This position reports directly to the VP of Field Medical, Advocacy, and Medical Affairs Operations and offers a flexible Hybrid or Remote work environment.
