We are currently on the lookout for a Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives for intricate products, hedging solutions, and foreign exchange (FX) services from our Brisbane office.
We seek dynamic, driven individuals with a competitive spirit, dedicated to developing a robust pipeline of corporate clients, including import/export businesses, multinational corporations, universities, and NGOs. Your mission will be to effectively meet their international payment and hedging requirements while driving new business revenue.
- Utilize your profound understanding of Convera's value proposition to cultivate a strong pipeline of prospective clients in our B2B division.
- Meet and surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to revenue goals, reporting on progress weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Actively pursue new business prospects through cold calls, networking events, referrals, exhibitions, and strategic partnerships.
- Employ sales tools such as Salesforce, Highspot, and ZoomInfo to generate leads and create new sales opportunities.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle up to client onboarding, transitioning clients smoothly to the account management team.
- Introduce essential support functions, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and corporate hedging management, to clients.
- Engage with a diverse range of clients, from startup entrepreneurs to C-suite executives.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all relevant Salesforce records, including sales diaries and prospective next steps.
- Conduct market analyses and participate in industry events.
- This is a hybrid role, combining work-from-home flexibility with time spent in our contemporary Brisbane office.
