The successful candidate will:Coordinate and manage day-to-day administrative operations and shelter application resources within Adult Intake Centers, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, City, and Agency standards.Maintain an office environment attuned to the needs of clients applying for shelter, ensuring confidentiality standards are upheld and breaches are addressed appropriately.Implement state and local administrative directives and procedures that align with specified service requirements, encompassing client contacts, entitlements, case stabilization, and homelessness diversion.Establish performance standards and productivity goals while supervising senior managers and support staff to ensure adherence to protocols and operational efficiency.
