Graza is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking an innovative and dedicated People and Culture leader to join our team. We are looking for an experienced HR professional who is both hands-on and strategic, capable of establishing foundational HR processes, supporting managers, leading talent acquisition, and fostering a vibrant, high-performance culture.
This position is perfect for a seasoned Senior Manager eager to take on greater responsibilities or a Director who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will collaborate closely with our executive team to develop a scalable People function that aligns with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Oversee all aspects of full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers to define roles, craft compelling job descriptions, develop structured interview plans, and attract a diverse pool of high-quality candidates.
- Establish proactive talent pipelines and cultivate relationships with top-tier talent.
- Monitor recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, conversion rates) and enhance processes as the organization expands.
HR Operations, Systems & Compliance
- Manage HRIS, documentation, and benefits administration.
- Ensure accurate employee records and compliance with federal, state, and NYC employment regulations.
- Oversee the employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Revise and enhance the employee handbook, HR policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Culture, Engagement & Performance Management
- Promote Graza’s core values and embed them into daily operations.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, team-building events, and feedback mechanisms.
- Support leaders in navigating employee relations issues, offering coaching and corrective action with fairness and clarity.
