The Vice President of Operations for The Americas at Soho House & Co. holds a senior leadership role based in the New York Support Office. This position oversees Food & Beverage and Accommodations Operations across all Soho House properties in the Americas, with a focus on delivering high service standards, maintaining brand consistency, and driving profitability through efficient operations. Role overview This executive reports to the Managing Director of The Americas and works closely with cross-functional leaders. Collaborate with Culinary leadership to align menu development and sourcing with operational and financial targets. Work with Fire Life Safety leadership to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Engage with People & Development, Finance, Design, and Development teams to support openings, renovations, talent development, and operational projects.
