Position Overview:Join a leading museum in Brussels that harmoniously integrates technology and creativity, creating unforgettable immersive experiences. We are seeking a skilled Technical Facilities Supervisor to manage all technical elements of productions in our dynamic venue. This role is crucial for ensuring that lighting, sound, video, and special effects operate flawlessly, safely, and at the highest quality standards.The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of theatre production, excellent leadership skills, and a robust technical background. As the primary contact for all technical issues and changes, your expertise will guide our productions to success.Key Responsibilities:Technical Planning & Coordination:- Collaborate with the Director, Production Manager, and other crucial team members to ensure all technical specifications are clearly understood and fulfilled for every production.- Supervise the installation of technical equipment to ensure operational readiness for production needs.Supervision of Technical Crew:- Oversee a team of technicians during production and transition periods.- Evaluate the technical team's performance, offering guidance, troubleshooting, and support as necessary.Technical Equipment & Maintenance:- Maintain, repair, and upgrade technical equipment, including lighting rigs, sound systems, video systems, and special effects.- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regular servicing of all technical equipment.- Manage inventory of all technical materials and supplies.Health & Safety:- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all technical operations.- Conduct risk assessments in partnership with operations for each production to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.- Ensure that all technicians are trained in safety protocols and the proper handling of technical equipment.Technical Design & Implementation:- Lead the implementation of lighting, sound, and special effects during rehearsals and performances.Post-Production:- Supervise the dismantling and storage of technical equipment and sets following each production.- Conduct a debrief to evaluate the technical elements of the production, pinpointing areas for enhancement.- Assist in the development of any post-production technical work, such as repurposing materials or upgrading systems.

As the City Lead, you play a crucial role in realizing this mission at a local level, ensuring that our rental operations are of the highest quality, service coordination is seamless, and every customer enjoys a consistent, engaging experience. You will be the on-the-ground leader responsible for operational excellence, team dynamics, and enhancing the customer journey in your city, bridging global standards with local execution. The Role As the City Lead, you will manage the daily operations of a smaller depot, personally overseeing and coordinating all workflows due to the compact team size and absence of specialized units (Servicing, RV Sales, Support). This hands-on position constitutes 70-80% of your responsibilities, ensuring an efficient operational flow, exceptional customer service, precise documentation, and a well-prepared fleet. Reporting to the District Manager, you will also be in charge of cost management within the depot, focusing on the efficient use of resources, minimizing unnecessary expenses, reducing rework, and maintaining disciplined spending. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all rental workflows including check-in, check-out, documentation, and system updates (including cleaning and maintenance); Monitor daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); Advocate for ancillary products through value-based selling; Conduct basic checks on RVs/vans (battery, water systems, gas, lights, tires); Promptly escalate complex technical/mechanical issues to the regional servicing teams; Ensure complete accuracy of fleet status and readiness in operational systems; Manage daily shifts, priorities, and task allocation within the small team, including demonstrating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and onboarding new hires; Supervise the preparation and presentation of RVs for sales appointments. Practical Requirements Ability to lift or move light-to-moderate items (10-15 kg) and to stand, walk, and move throughout the depot for extended periods; Comfortable engaging in physical tasks as needed;
