In this fulfilling position, you will work directly with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Utilizing evidence-based techniques, you will help teach essential skills such as communication, social interaction, and daily living skills while effectively managing and reducing challenging behaviors. It’s important to note that working with children can be physically demanding; you should be comfortable with activities that involve standing, walking, sitting, bending, and lifting children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
