As a German-Speaking Technical Support Analyst, you will be the first line of support for our German-speaking customers, ensuring they maximize their experience with our innovative products. Your role goes beyond answering queries; you will engage in problem-solving, educating users, and providing exceptional customer care.
Location: Regus Business Center, Váci str. 22-24, 1062 Budapest, Hungary
Work Mode: On-site in our office
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
