Qualifications
We prefer candidates with at least 1 year of experience in the quality field, along with an Associate degree. You should have the capability to use gauges, inspection fixtures, and leak testing equipment effectively. Proficiency in software productivity tools, such as Statistical Process Control, will be beneficial. Candidates must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for 75% of their shift.

Join Nemera as a Quality Inspector (APU 1 C) and play a pivotal role in enhancing product quality and operational efficiency. You will assist the Quality Lead and Operational Quality Manager in achieving company objectives while collaborating with team members to drive excellence in our processes.
Your responsibilities will include adhering to company policies such as cGMP, ISO Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, and Continuous Improvement. You will interpret part drawings, manuals, and other documents to ensure specifications are met and utilize various measuring instruments for inspections.
Analyze test data to ascertain results, collect samples for testing, and compare products against established standards. You will also conduct lot documentation reviews, ensure compliance with procedures, and recommend corrective actions based on inspection findings.
Additionally, you will mark items for acceptance or rejection, write nonconformance reports, and perform other assigned duties to contribute to our quality assurance efforts.
