Our innovative brand boasts a robust sales division and requires a skilled Estate Agent Sales Progressor to facilitate smooth transactions.Are you a successful Estate Agent Sales Progressor or an individual with a similar background who has extensive experience in sales progression and is well-versed in the associated stages and processes?In this role, the Estate Agent Sales Progressor will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process, guiding properties from the point of offer acceptance to the final exchange day. Candidates must possess exceptional problem-solving abilities, quick thinking, and strong rapport-building skills.

No prior industry experience necessaryKeenans Estate Agents, a prominent independent estate agency in Lancashire, is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to enhance our professional photography team. In this role, you will be tasked with capturing high-quality photographs and gathering essential details about properties prior to their market launch. This includes collecting information to create property brochures and engaging with clients face-to-face on a daily basis.Position Overview: PhotographerYour responsibilities will include:Capturing detailed photographs of properties for both print and digital marketing materialsCollecting asset photography for promotional purposesAssisting in the preparation and styling of properties to ensure optimal photographic resultsCompiling final details related to properties in preparation for saleCreating floor plansCompleting necessary paperwork with clients during appointmentsIdeal Candidate Attributes:Self-motivated and proactiveAble to work independently as well as collaboratively within a teamHighly organized with excellent time management skillsCompetent in managing administrative tasks effectivelyPossession of a full, clean driving license is essentialPreferred Qualifications:Qualification in photographyInterest or experience in interior stylingWillingness to work every Saturday with a weekday offThis position offers a diverse and challenging environment, ensuring that no two days are alike.
