As a Digital Marketing Manager at ssc-hr, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence and drive growth. You will also play a key role in mentoring the Digital Marketing Executive, ensuring a collaborative approach to driving success.
Your expertise will be vital in enhancing brand loyalty and awareness, developing a robust conversion strategy, and substantially increasing web traffic and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the digital marketing department, overseeing areas such as the marketing database, email campaigns, and paid advertising, including influencer partnerships.
- Develop and present annual and quarterly marketing plans, encompassing situation analyses, competitive assessments, target audience profiles, and post-campaign evaluations.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the primary account manager, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Oversee digital advertising initiatives and enhance website strategy, including site maps and content planning for traffic generation.
- Conduct SEO campaigns and A/B testing to refine marketing approaches.
- Generate and present regular performance reports, focusing on metrics that influence website traffic and service quotas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and implement growth strategies.
- Stay informed about emerging digital platforms, industry trends, and marketing technologies.
