The IT Solution Architect - Pre-Sales at Help AG in Cairo focuses on identifying new business opportunities and presenting a portfolio of security solutions to both existing clients and new prospects. This position involves preparing technical materials for proposals and RFPs, supporting the sales process from initial engagement through post-implementation, and ensuring solutions align with client requirements during Proof of Concept stages.
Main responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities and introduce Help AG’s security solutions to customers and prospects.
- Prepare technical content for proposals and RFP responses.
- Lead Proof of Concept projects, making sure solutions address client needs and expectations.
- Support customer success after implementation by working with delivery teams and uncovering further sales opportunities, such as cross-selling and up-selling.
- Conduct technical workshops, assessments, and solution demonstrations to help clients evaluate options and support adoption.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and vendor teams to ensure proposals are technically accurate, competitive, and tailored to customer needs and industry standards.
- Contribute to the company’s growth in the market with a focus on sales performance.
