We expect you to harness AI to enhance your work, ensuring that your depth of knowledge guides the validation of AI-generated outputs.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end delivery of business systems projects, from requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops to development, user acceptance testing, and deployment.Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations with ERP and other business systems.Design and manage data pipelines using tools like Airbyte, dbt, and Dagster, and maintain BI dashboards using Tableau.Create technical specifications, prioritize the roadmap, and oversee change management processes.Utilize AI tools on a daily basis to expedite development, analysis, and problem-solving.Provide mentorship to team members and advocate for best practices in the software development lifecycle and data governance.
