The Senior Search Engine Marketing Manager will lead the Performance Marketing team in Cambridge, focusing on growing KAYAK’s travel brands across North America. This role oversees substantial advertising budgets and manages projects that shape global marketing strategy. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical execution and requires close collaboration with Commercial, Analytics, and Engineering teams to advance internal marketing tools and best practices.
This position is based in the Cambridge, MA office and requires working onsite three days per week.
What you will do
- Develop global SEM guidelines and support the evolution of KAYAK’s in-house marketing technology.
- Monitor industry trends and new technologies, including AI and large language model-driven search, to design and implement testing frameworks that improve user experience.
- Lead projects from initial concept to execution, balancing multiple priorities and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Share optimization insights and communicate effectively with global teams within the performance marketing group.
- Apply advanced analytical skills to interpret performance data and turn findings into actionable marketing strategies.
