Your Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities.
- Strategically engage with CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end-users.
- Build effective relationships that lead to growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with our Solution Architects and the Professional Services and Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with enterprise ecosystem partners and channel partners to maximize deal sizes.
- Participate in comprehensive sales training, including our Sales Bootcamp and leadership development programs.
Your Qualifications
- Over 7 years of quota-carrying field experience in a competitive environment, focusing on expanding new accounts.
- Proven experience in securing and growing business with Federal Government agencies.
- Demonstrated success in selling to new lines of business within existing accounts and managing complex sales processes.
- A strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to clearly articulate the business value of complex enterprise technologies.
- Proficiency in cultivating business champions.
- A driven and competitive spirit with a strong desire for success.
- Experience with recognized Sales Methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).
- Familiarity with databases, development, and open-source technologies.
