Our team is driven by two essential goals: 1. **Acquiring and Onboarding New Business**: Engage and educate prospective clients on MOO's exceptional offerings tailored for large and expanding enterprises. 2. **Supporting and Growing Existing Accounts**: Deliver proactive account management and strategic consultations to enhance experiences and optimize the success of our current Business Services partners. As a vital member of our team, you will guide clients through a seamless journey—from initial education and comprehensive onboarding to regular expert interactions, ensuring they fully leverage their partnership with MOO. Mission: You will serve as the dedicated point of contact and advocate for MOO within the Business Services client community. Your primary mission is to provide outstanding customer service, expertly managing a portfolio of accounts while executing targeted expansion strategies to uncover revenue opportunities. Your success will lead to the evolution of these accounts into our broader Returning Business team. This position offers an exciting opportunity within our newly established South Africa team, where you will support the high-activity US & UK Returning Business teams. The ideal candidate will be diligent, self-assured, and driven, with a proactive approach to working independently.
