This position is part of the Merchant Success team, which provides essential support to merchants in both online integrations and physical retail partnerships.The focus of this role may vary based on team structure and business needs, encompassing online merchant success, retail merchant activation, in-store execution, or a blend of both.Success in this role calls for exceptional relationship management skills, operational coordination, and a proactive mindset to ensure our merchants thrive with Happy Pay.Key ResponsibilitiesMerchant Onboarding & IntegrationFacilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new merchants.Guide merchants through the integration and platform setup processes.Collaborate with the technical team to address onboarding challenges.Ensure merchants are effectively activated and operational on the Happy Pay platform.Merchant Relationship ManagementServe as the primary contact for merchant partners.Foster strong relationships with merchant teams, including marketing, operations, and finance.Provide continuous support to enhance the merchant experience with Happy Pay.Merchant Performance & GrowthTrack merchant performance metrics such as transaction volume, conversion rates, and customer engagement.Identify opportunities to optimize merchant performance and increase usage.Regularly share insights and performance updates with merchants.Merchant Marketing CoordinationFacilitate marketing initiatives between merchants and the Happy Pay marketing team.Assist in the planning of campaigns, promotions, and digital or in-store activations.Ensure merchants are informed about and actively participating in Happy Pay's marketing efforts.
