Ten Group is seeking a CRM Transformation Analyst - Zoho Specialist in Cape Town. This hybrid role centers on maximizing the value of the Zoho CRM platform, blending commercial awareness with technical skill to support business growth and operational improvement. Role overview The CRM Transformation Analyst takes ownership of daily CRM performance, focusing on system optimization, data quality, and user adoption. The position involves configuring workflows and reports, translating business needs into practical solutions, and engaging with stakeholders to drive behavioral change across the organization. What you will do Oversee the daily effectiveness and performance of Zoho CRM. Work with teams to gather requirements and improve usability. Configure workflows, automations, pipelines, dashboards, and reports within the CRM. Promote consistent adoption, maintain data integrity, and ensure system compliance. Monitor CRM usage and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement. Act as the main liaison between business units and the CRM system. Translate business requirements into system configurations and solutions. Provide training, support, and guidance to users to enhance CRM capabilities. Challenge current processes and drive necessary changes confidently. Analyze CRM and commercial data to generate actionable insights. Support decision-making through clear reporting, dashboards, and KPIs. Contribute to process improvement and transformation initiatives. Identify and support automation and efficiency enhancements, including low-code and data-driven solutions. Assist with analytics and reporting to improve operational outcomes. Requirements Experience working with Zoho CRM in a commercial or technical capacity. Comfortable balancing strategic and hands-on tasks. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to drive change and promote system adoption across teams.
