Key Responsibilities
- Cleaner Recruitment & Performance Monitoring – Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes for cleaners, assess their performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement training or deactivation measures as necessary.
- Scheduling & Coordination – Oversee the cleaning and maintenance schedules, including managing linen deliveries, and ensure effective communication with external service providers.
- Supplier Relations Management – Identify, onboard, and maintain robust relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent service quality and reliability.
- Operational Assistance – Handle incoming requests, coordinate tasks between cleaners and suppliers, and manage financial transactions such as payments and invoices. Strive for continuous process improvements to boost efficiency and guest satisfaction.
