Role Overview:We are in search of a seasoned ERP Solutions Architect to fill a key role that involves the design, implementation, and management of ERP systems tailored to meet the strategic objectives of our organization. This position requires a thorough comprehension of business processes, technical acumen, and the capability to seamlessly integrate various systems such as JDE, MES, and Blue Yonder. The ERP Solutions Architect will work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure that the ERP system effectively and efficiently addresses business needs.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate business requirements, conduct research, and perform impact analysis for new requests or modifications.Analyze and report on data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions, driving enhancements and architecting business solutions that harness ERP capabilities.Collaborate with our Integrations team to deepen your understanding of our integration capabilities.Gain a comprehensive understanding of our products to aid in data preparation, analysis, and conversion.Align with the Project Management Office to adhere to common processes, methodologies, and frameworks for implementation.Document business processes and system functionalities, and maintain a corporate knowledge base for ERP and related applications.Support existing manufacturing and shop floor solutions by engaging with all levels to identify and resolve issues, while also documenting and creating opportunities for continuous improvement.Collaborate with the implementation team to provide initial support for initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition of relevant information to teams responsible for long-term system health.Act as the technical and process lead, working with plant teams and product vendors to implement new operations and shop floor solutions in line with the technology strategy.Define business processes and solutions in collaboration with business leads and technical teams that need to be developed and deployed.Hold regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.Manage error handling processes between ERP and MES, as well as process automation solutions.
