As a Project Manager for MOEX, you will autonomously oversee construction sites, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a liaison with the project owner, effectively translating their technical requests.
- Representing the company and serving as the primary contact for clients (real estate, operations), architects, and contractors throughout the project's lifecycle.
- Documenting the organization of stakeholders involved.
- Planning and monitoring the execution studies, selection of materials and equipment, and the proper transmission of documents to all parties involved.
- Managing visa approvals and disseminating plans.
- Coordinating internal technical resources as required during construction phases.
- Leading weekly site meetings and preparing meeting minutes.
- Establishing detailed work schedules and tracking progress, implementing corrective actions in case of suspected or confirmed delays.
- Scheduling, coordinating, and supervising all construction activities while consistently adhering to commitments.
- Facilitating ongoing communication among contractors throughout the project.
- Tracking the advancement of site organization services.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, timelines, and regulatory standards.
- Gathering site foremen as needed to address general site organization issues, including cleanliness and use of shared resources, as well as safety.
- Maintaining records of weather interruptions and workforce status.
- Organizing the acceptance of supports between various trades.
- Alerting stakeholders regarding observed deficiencies, discrepancies from contractual documents, and plans.
- Centralizing queries and bottlenecks from contractors, facilitating problem resolution by consulting designers as necessary.
- Coordinating client deliveries and addressing any reservations.
- Participating in the management of proportional accounts when applicable.
- Monitoring project budgets (modification or additional works, assisting the project owner in cost negotiations).
- Organizing and facilitating project handover.
