The Orlando campus is seeking an A&P Mechanic Instructor to help prepare the next generation of aviation technicians. The team includes dedicated educators and leaders who aim to deliver quality training and support student achievement. AIM values instructors who want to make a real impact in the aviation industry by sharing their expertise and guiding future technicians. Role Overview This role is well suited for those with a strong background in aircraft maintenance who are interested in moving from hands-on work to teaching and mentoring. Instructors play a key part in shaping students' technical skills and professional growth. Compensation Up to $35/hr Schedule Shift 1: 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday through Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Friday Shift 2: 3:30pm - 11:30pm Monday through Thursday, 10:00am - 5:00pm Friday Flexibility in shifts is required to meet campus needs.
