You will collaborate closely with the Compliance Manager to optimize workflows, uphold global AML/CTF standards, and deliver an exceptional user experience.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and process retail KYC applications for Ether.fi Cash customers, ensuring meticulous collection and verification of identity documentation.Conduct CDD and EDD as necessary, including PEP, sanctions, and adverse media screenings.Analyze risk profiles of applicants and escalate high-risk cases to the Compliance Manager for further assessment.Maintain organized and comprehensive records of all KYC activities to comply with audit and regulatory mandates.Assist in refining and enhancing onboarding workflows that balance user experience with compliance obligations.Monitor ongoing user activities and support periodic reviews of existing customers as necessary.Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure compliance processes align with business needs.Assist the Compliance Manager with reporting, regulatory submissions, and various compliance initiatives as needed.Qualifications1–3 years of experience in compliance, KYC, or a related field.Strong understanding of AML/CTF regulations and KYC processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in using compliance software and tools.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
