You will play a pivotal role in designing and coordinating architectural projects while collaborating with management, contractors, and quantity surveyors. Your expertise will be essential in inspecting project works and conducting site visits. The ideal candidate will bring innovative architectural designs to life, particularly for our hospitality projects, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and industry knowledge. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure designs not only reflect our brand and vision but also respect contextual and environmental factors.Key Responsibilities:Create cutting-edge and practical architectural designs for hospitality initiatives that align with the overarching project vision and brand identity.Work closely with the project team, which includes site architects, engineers, and interior designers, to ensure all design elements are integrated seamlessly.Perform site research and analysis to guide design decisions, taking into account local culture, climate, and community needs.Utilize architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) to prepare conceptual sketches, detailed drawings, and 3D models.Present design concepts and proposals to internal stakeholders and clients, actively incorporating feedback throughout the design phases.Ensure adherence to local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability practices in all design proposals.Stay abreast of emerging trends in architecture and hospitality design, bringing innovative ideas into your projects.Mentor junior architects and design staff, fostering a creative and collaborative working environment.
