The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting and executing essential accounting and administrative processes within the company, with a focus on invoicing and document management.Key Responsibilities:Generate, record, and dispatch invoices, delivery notes, and other commercial documents.Manage and facilitate export procedures and related documentation for third countries in close collaboration with the Export department.Verify, reconcile, archive, and approve invoices and supplier documentation.Monitor and update the list of open accounts receivable and payable.Collaborate with Logistics, Transport, and Planning departments to ensure smooth order and shipment flow.Conduct banking transactions, including payments to suppliers and partners.Prepare and assist in VAT declarations and other tax obligations.Participate in the preparation and analysis of reports for management.
