ICAP Employment Solutions is seeking a dedicated Assistant Accountant for our client based in Chalandri. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting and executing essential accounting and administrative processes within the company, with a focus on invoicing and document management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate, record, and dispatch invoices, delivery notes, and other commercial documents.
- Manage and facilitate export procedures and related documentation for third countries in close collaboration with the Export department.
- Verify, reconcile, archive, and approve invoices and supplier documentation.
- Monitor and update the list of open accounts receivable and payable.
- Collaborate with Logistics, Transport, and Planning departments to ensure smooth order and shipment flow.
- Conduct banking transactions, including payments to suppliers and partners.
- Prepare and assist in VAT declarations and other tax obligations.
- Participate in the preparation and analysis of reports for management.
