The Role (Straight Talk)As the Lead Zone Facilitator, you are the standard bearer on the floor.Your primary responsibility is to maintain a safe, organized, and energetic environment in our activity zones, especially during peak times. You lead by being actively present, demonstrating decisiveness, and maintaining composure amidst the hustle and bustle.Your presence ensures a noticeably improved atmosphere.Your Responsibilities (Outcomes, Not Tasks)1. Floor Execution Ensure zones are consistently staffed, organized, and operational. Manage transitions seamlessly without chaos. Eliminate dead zones, confusion among staff, and long waits.2. Safety & Rule Enforcement Consistently apply safety standards. Address unsafe behaviors immediately. Handle escalations calmly and correctly. Know when to pause or close a zone as necessary.3. Supporting Zone Facilitators Provide on-the-spot coaching rather than after the shift. Model exemplary behavior for staff. Assist new team members in ramping up quickly. Address performance issues promptly.4. Energy & Guest Experience Keep kids engaged and confident. Ensure parents feel secure in your leadership. Resolve issues discreetly and effectively. Create an intentional experience rather than a chaotic one.5. Escalation & Communication Address most issues independently. Escalate incidents promptly and appropriately. Keep the Operations Manager informed to avoid surprises.What This Role Is Not Babysitting. A desk job. A managerial title without responsibility. A replacement for the Operations Manager or General Manager.This is an opportunity for on-floor leadership.Requirements Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong communication skills and a commanding presence. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it). Availability to work nights, weekends, and peak hours.
