Perform inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs using Kia procedures and diagnostic equipment. Complete repair orders and warranty paperwork according to Kia and dealership standards. Test drive vehicles and confirm repairs using diagnostic tools and equipment. Communicate with service advisors and shop foremen to support a positive customer experience. Keep the work area safe, organized, and efficient, following dealership safety protocols.

Perform essential automotive services including brake repair, suspension work, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and a variety of automotive repairs based on your qualifications.Gain approval from customers before proceeding with any work and ensure your workspace remains organized and clean.Conduct comprehensive inspections on every vehicle you service, executing necessary repairs and maintenance.Safely test drive customer vehicles and utilize our shop truck to pick up inventory as required.Collaborate with fellow technicians and provide guidance to General Service Technicians.
