Key Responsibilities:- Respond to inquiries via phone and email from the public.- Utilize a knowledge base and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) to effectively address customer requests.- Accurately document all communications in our database.Required Qualifications:- Proficient in English and/or Spanish (both written and verbal).- High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.- Capability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance, which involves a credit check and background investigation.Preferred Skills:- Experience following policies, procedures, and regulations.- Familiarity with navigating content management systems and related applications.- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.- Excellent customer service, reliability, and time management skills.- Keyboarding proficiency of at least 40 words per minute.
